What is Hypertension?Hypertension is an above average increase of your measured Systolic or Diastolic Number. Your blood pressure has a direct correlation to your kidney health. You should keep track of your blood pressure, especially if you have Hypertension. In addition, you should always take your medication as directed by your physician.
